Operating Procedures for Pressure Alternating Experiment Workbench
1、 Connection, lubrication, and preheating of equipment
1. Connect the power, press the start button 2, and the indicator light will turn on.
2. Set the pressure alternating frequency according to the experimental requirements: hold down the reset button with your left hand and adjust the counter setting button with your right hand.
3. Turn the pressure regulator handle 7 left to exit (remember).
4. Rotate the boost handle 8 to the right.
5. Stop valve 10 is open.
6. Connect the pressure gauge to connector 6 for pressure testing.
7. Activate the alternating button 4 and oil pump button 2 to preheat the equipment at low pressure for approximately 10 minutes.
8. Press the stop alternation button 5 to stop the oil pump and valve from working.
9. The preheating work is completed.
2、 Equipment startup operation
1. Restart button 2 and start alternating button 4 to initiate pressure alternating.
2. Rotate the pressure control handle 7 to adjust the upper limit of pressure alternation to the desired value.
3. Turn the left pressure regulating handle 9 to adjust the lower limit of pressure alternation to the desired value.
4. Left turn boost speed control handle 8, making the boost speed smooth.
